• We directly employ local people as caregivers and in the office support team, with strong connections to these communities and knowledge of the services available in your area
• Our Care Partners/Care Managers provide face-to-face visits for their clients, including during the onboarding process with an in-person care consultation
• Our clients can call the local office team, with round-the-clock phone support also available to clients and caregivers.
