Hello. I’m Divasha.
I’m your local Aged Care Specialist covering Rockingham Region.
I bring a strong background in aged care, having worked as a Care Team Manager, Service Delivery Team Leader and Scheduler & Roster Coordinator. Across these roles I’ve built a deep understanding of care delivery, client needs and what it takes to support a care team well.
I live locally and know the Rockingham community and surrounding areas closely, which is exactly why I chose to work here. I want to make quality aged and home care more accessible for the families around me.
I’ve also seen the value of home care up close, with family members who currently receive support. Watching the right care help them stay independent, confident and connected to the life and routines they love is something I carry into every conversation I have with families.
