Nicola brings almost three decades of healthcare experience to the role, including 20 years as a Registered Nurse and 9 years as a Nursing Assistant. She is a multi award winning home care nursing business owner, Trainer and Assessor, and Dementia Consultant, and has recently brought this depth of experience into her role as an Aged Care Specialist with Dovida.
Mark has called Perth home since 2014 and brings 25 years of experience in sales management and business development. He supports Nicola with business administration, sales and marketing, helping the partnership run smoothly behind the scenes.
Together, Nicola and Mark are a trusted local team families can turn to early, offering care and guidance grounded in genuine experience and a shared belief in helping people live well and with dignity.
