Home care should enhance someone’s wellbeing, enabling them to live independently at home.

If someone is dissatisfied with their current Home Care Package (HCP) provider, they can easily switch. As part of this process, they won’t be charged exit fees and they need to give notice to their current provider which is usually two-weeks.
