Matt has owned and managed Dovida Sydney North Shore & Northern Beaches since 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business and has broad experience in coaching and people management.  He is passionate about supporting and providing his local community with high quality in-home person-centered care.

Jo brings over 15 years of expertise in community care, dementia, and palliative support. She is deeply committed to strategic planning, building strong community partnerships, and supporting families. Jo champions independence for older Australians, believing that high-quality care should be accessible to all, and is passionate about empowering people to live well at home for as long as possible.

Rose has been with Dovida for over 12 Years and she oversees the welfare and training of our team of Caregivers, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding levels of care across North Shore and Northern Beaches. Her natural compassion, communications skills and warmth mean Rose is a perfect fit for her role.

Annette joined Dovida in 2019 as a Caregiver before moving into the Care Services Team.
Now as a Community Engagement Representative, she shares our message of quality Home CARE with heart and passion. With experience in customer service, event coordination, and staff management, Annette brings warmth, leadership, and a deep commitment to connecting with clients and Caregivers alike.

Jenny joined Dovida in 2022, bringing a strong background in Customer Service, Business Analysis, and Hospitality Management. She holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Diploma of Hotel Management. Jenny plays a key role in recruiting top-quality staff for this office and is deeply involved in local community business and network groups.

Care Services & Marketing Coordinator

Julia

Care Services & Marketing Coordinator

Julia joined Dovida as a Caregiver in July 2023 before transitioning to the Care Services team in early 2024. She supports Caregiver-client matching, runs the mentor program for new Caregivers, and manages social media, marketing, and newsletters. Julia’s hands-on experience and communication skills help ensure smooth connections between caregivers, clients, and the wider Dovida community.

Retention and Training Coordinator

Cathy has worked at Dovida for 9 years and has a background in law, teaching, and adult education. She is an experienced Caregiver, and leads our Caregiver training with warmth and expertise. She is driven by a strong focus for palliative care and has become an accredited End of Life Doula (EOLD), and she has a passion to educate our clients, family, and community about what Dovida offers in this space.

Monika joined Dovida in 2012 as a Caregiver, working with high-needs clients, including those requiring Palliative and Dementia Care. Now in a Care Services office role, she brings deep experience in home care. Monika has a strong background in personal care and client service.

Cameron joined Dovida in 2023 as a Caregiver and now works part-time with the Care Services team while studying a Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering (Honours) at Macquarie University. He has volunteered at BaptistCare Aged Care and brings strong communication skills and compassion to his work with clients and Caregivers.

Stephanie joined Dovida’s Care Services Team in November 2023, bringing a warm spirit and a passion for care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Education and a Master’s in Education. A dedicated volunteer with Rotary alongside her father, Stephanie’s compassion and commitment make her a valued team member.

Senior Care Manager

Karen joined Dovida as a Caregiver in 2014 and became a Care Manager in 2019. She manages client care, service coordination, and care plans, offering support to clients and families. She is trained and specializes in Dementia and Palliative Care, and holds a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Sophie joined Dovida in 2022, bringing extensive experience as a Support Worker and Home Manager in disability services. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed her Case Management skillset and has a background in logistics, administration, and customer service. Sophie’s expertise is a valuable asset to both the team and our clients.

Jenny joined Dovida in 2016 as a Caregiver and became a Care Coordinator in 2021. With a background in nursing, management, childcare, and floristry, she brings diverse experience to her role. Qualified in Palliative and Dementia Care, Jenny’s hands-on work with high-needs clients gives her valuable insight and expertise as a Care Manager.

Jennifer joined Dovida in 2019 as a Caregiver and later supported the Care Coordination team until 2022. She holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services and completed her Care Management skillset. With extensive caregiving experience, Jen is a thoughtful communicator and a valued support for our Caregivers and wider team.

Kathleen joined Dovida’s Care Management team in 2023. With a Bachelor of Nursing and a background in Residential Care, she brings valuable clinical knowledge to her role. Kathleen’s experience allows her to provide high-quality support and tailored care, helping ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Drawn by Dovida’s community focus and personalized client support, Stephanie values being part of a positive, productive team dedicated to tailored care.

Finance Officer

Lin joined Dovida’s finance team in 2022, bringing over 20 years of accounting experience. Before studying finance in 2002, she worked as a hospital midwife. Lin is a valued member of the team and enjoys Dovida’s friendly, team-focused culture.

Matt joined Dovida in 2020 as After Hours Officer, later moving into Care Services and then becoming Assistant Finance Officer in 2021. He supports our HCP clients to access services they need and manages finance tasks. With a background in communications and customer service, Matt also brings experience in community outreach through prior volunteer work with the Salvation Army.

Susan joined Dovida in 2018 as After Hours Officer and now supports the finance team. With a background in staff coordination, scheduling, recruitment, and case management—as well as running her own business. Susan brings extensive experience and valuable skills to the team.
