How It Works

Step 1 – Contact your local office
Begin your journey by reaching out to your local Dovida office, where we can start discussing your individual needs and get started with your care at home.

Step 2 – Care Consultation at Home
One of our friendly Care Managers will visit you at home and have a friendly conversation with you, and your family if you want them there. This will help them to get a better understanding of your requirements and create a care plan to best support you.

Step 3 – Find the right match
We’ll carefully match you to a team of caregivers, taking into account your preferences, needs, and interests. Visits will be scheduled to your date and time preference to create a stress-free start to your care

Step 4 – Get to know each other
Your caregiver will begin your care by getting to know you, your routine and your needs, so you can start building a long-lasting relationship.

Step 5 Ongoing Review Your Care Manager will work with you to ensure that your care meets your needs and that you are happy with the service provided. Care Plans and the schedule of visits will be amended to support changing requirements.
